Willowgate Bistro is situated on Willowgate, at the top of Market Street on the left hand side next to the Church Steps. So if you look up towards the top left hand corner as you look up Market Street, you will see Willowgate is just to the left.

If you would like to reserve a table this can be done through the book a table button at the top of the screen or to ask a question, please contact us by calling 01751 476300 or by emailing us at info@willowgatebistro.co.uk or complete the information form below and we will respond to you promptly.
We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our reservation team on 01751476300 and they will be happy to help.
Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate you the best we can.
We currently require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. We ask for 4 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £30pp fee. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings.
We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
We have availability for under 12's at 5pm, 5.15pm and 5.30 pm only we have a no under 12's after 7pm if you arrive after the slot time state here your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged our cancellation fee of £30.00pp.
By making a reservation at Willowgate Bistro you agree to our reservation cancellation terms and the terms that involve under 12's. We look forward to welcoming you to Willowgate Bistro.

Parking
As we don’t have any parking here at Willowgate Bistro we would like to let you know of somewhere that you can leave your car. We have parking very close by on the Market Street but if that is full you can always try the Eastgate car park, located about 5 minutes walk away. Alternatively you can use the car park outside the Co-op. They are both well lit and are down hill on the way home after your meal!
We can also help to arrange a taxi if you would like us too just let us know.
My wife and I recently spent a perfect evening here, whilst on a short break in Pickering. I cannot fault anything about the restaurant. The food, service and surroundings were all impeccable. It is a small, intimate place and I would recommend booking. I will definitely visit again, when in the area.
Me and my wife just moved to Pickering a few weeks ago and we wanted to try every eating establishment around and make a regular one for ourselves. Willowgate Bistro is by far our favourite. We had a lovely 2 course meal.
We enjoyed a really lovely meal after a day out in Whitby on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. The restaurant is family run and fairly small. The food is home made and there is great attention to detail. The French onion soup starter was very nice. The main dishes and shared dessert were tasty and well presented. High quality food
